We have a packed agenda featuring updates on local infrastructure consultations, safety campaign reports, and insights from Bicycle Queensland and the Sunshine Coast Regional Council regarding the 2026/2027 active transport budget.
Whether you are a regular rider or just want to support safer, better-connected bike networks in our community, we’ve love to see you there!

Safety Campaign - Week 3: The Law
A summary of the laws about passing a cyclist and why they matter.
Safety Campaign - Week 2: Camera Options
Week 2 of our Safety Campaign will showcase a range of camera options for cyclists that with use, will encourage good behaviour by all road users.
Safety Campaign - Week 1: Launch
The SCBUG Safety Committee is proud to announce the launch of its ‘CAMERA ON BOARD’ campaign. There are many safety issues facing cyclists on Sunshine Coast Roads. We think that the use of cameras by cyclists, and the awareness of the use of cameras by motorists could have the most impact on the behaviour of both.
